Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing Blade Buddy, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Refunds & Returns

ALL RETURN/REFUND REQUESTS HAVE A 10 DAY WINDOW FROM DELIVERY.

AFTER 10 DAYS, NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED.

• Unused orders can be returned with a 10% restocking fee, along with the additional $6 shipping fee
• Due to the nature of our product, once Blade Buddy is used, even ONCE, it no longer qualifies for a FULL REFUND. There is a 25% restocking fee, along with a $6 shipping return label fee. ONLY SLIGHTLY USED units may be sent in for a partial refund within 7 days of delivery, refund will be issued at OUR DISCRETION.
• Regularly or heavily used units do NOT qualify for FULL refunds. A 50% restock fee and $6 shipping return label fee will be applied.

Order Cancellations

•Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, all sales are final and subject to our return policy
